The Clawfoot Tub Loft

If I died and went to heaven, this is what the bathroom would look like. Most bathrooms are too small for film crews or photo lights. In a bathroom like this, not only can you all fit, but you can also get far enough from the subject to allow for a variety of different shots. Stunning bathroom aside, this loft is spacious but comfortable, with rustic furniture, dark-stained floors, refrigerator (complete with refrigerator magnets) and even an upright piano.

This art gallery cum loft has soaring ceilings, huge windows, white walls, and some columns. The bonus features are working pocket doors, long white-windowed corridors, and large bathrooms.

Square footage: 15,000 square feet (most areas are modern and white, but some are older-looking)

The Manhattan Penthouse

The Penthouse is the ultimate, perfect Manhattan loft.  It has large skylights, stunning city views, huge walls of windows, big open spaces, some furniture (rustic, classic, and antique), a remarkable bathroom (with an open shower and clawfoot tub), and a roofdeck with fantastic views of Manhattan. This loft can be rented in conjunction with “The Gotham Loft,” which is downstairs in the same building.

Square footage: 4,500 (or 9,000 square feet if rented with the Gotham Loft which is separated by an elegant staircase.)

The Gotham Loft

This is a handsome Manhattan loft that also looks and feels like a cozy home. It is large and lofty, yet it has architectural touches more frequently associated with houses, like a grand cherry wood staircase, classic fireplace mantle, comfy leather armchairs, and rustic wide plank oak floors. This loft can be rented in conjunction with “The Penthouse Loft,” which is upstairs in the same building. The windows face South, West and North. There is access to a roof deck with incredible views of the Empire State Building and the Manhattan skyline.

Square footage: 4,500 (or 9,000 square feet if rented with the The Penthouse Loft which is separated by an elegant staircase — request the fee to rent both spaces and/or the roof in addition to this loft).

The Collector’s Loft

Imagine all of the contents of a Maine roadside flea market transplanted into a cozy Brooklyn loft. Every nook and cranny of this loft is filled to the brim with old framed tin-type photographs, retro paintings, dusty books, antlers, old clocks, broken toys, and every kind of tool imaginable – hung on the wall! There’s a tree fort loft made from birch logs, a garden window lounge with a tiny stage, and a rock embedded floor under a clawfoot tub.

Square footage: 1,700 (Open loft room, bedroom, garden nook, kitchen, bathroom and a small sleeping loft).

Industrial Roof Loft

This loft is filled with textures: raw wood floors, paint chipped antique brick, embossed tin ceilings, exposed beams, and gigantic metal funnels on the roof deck. Sun pours through a variety of skylights and windows, illuminating the rawness of the industrial space. A red stage curtain hangs from one wall and shabby chic furniture is scattered about the large open space.

Square footage: 3,000 square feet with a walkout roof deck plus a 3,000 + square foot roof. (Two large rooms, two toilets, two roof decks)
