The White Loft

I’m a terrible dancer, but if I could dance, this white loft is where I’d want to practice – unfurnished, it feels like a ballet studio; furnished, it’s a big, cozy home. Comfy soft sofas, fireplace, exposed brick walls, greenery outside the bedroom window, rustic furniture, clawfoot tub, and an adorable fifties-style second kitchen.

The Penthouse is the ultimate, perfect Manhattan loft.  It has large skylights, stunning city views, huge walls of windows, big open spaces, some furniture (rustic, classic, and antique), a remarkable bathroom (with an open shower and clawfoot tub), and a roofdeck with fantastic views of Manhattan. This loft can be rented in conjunction with “The Gotham Loft,” which is downstairs in the same building.

Square footage: 4,500 (or 9,000 square feet if rented with the Gotham Loft which is separated by an elegant staircase.)

Water Tower Roofdeck

The empire state building looks close enough to touch. When I had a party on this roof, I installed a merry-go-round. Can you imagine riding a merry-go-round next to the Empire State Building? This roofdeck can be rented in conjunction with the Penthouse Loft, The Gotham Loft or the Voyeur’s Loft which are on floors below it. The roof is accessible by a large elevator.
